Winning the Slow Race
Achieve More by Moving Smarter, Not Faster
Fifty lessons, in seven parts, on building a business that lasts. I wrote it because most business advice is written by people describing the sprint, and almost nobody describes the years in between.

Why I wrote it
Most business advice describes the sprint
Almost nobody writes about the years in between. The stretch where nothing is on fire and nothing is exploding either, and the only question is whether you keep making good decisions when no one is watching.
So I wrote fifty lessons, in seven parts, from mindset and leadership through market focus, execution, innovation, learning and what it takes to keep a thing going. Each one is a few pages. You can read it in order or open it anywhere.
It is not a system and it does not promise a number. It is what I would tell someone three years behind me, which is the only kind of business advice I trust.
